Three compounds of phosphorus have been verified in plasma deposited phosphosilicate glass and brophophosilicate glass films. They are phosphorus pentoxide, phospohorus trioxide and phosphine. Evidence is given for the presence of a fourth phosphorous containing compound. Read more
